The soup is delicious with fresh vegetables. If you put a bone in it, the carnivore in the house will be happy: d. I will prepare the soup at the Philips Multicooker. That way I didn't make steam and heat in the house.
- 1 little cabbage [1kg]
- 1 goat bone with meat [800 gr from the spinal cord]
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 orange pepper
- 2 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper paste
- green onion tails
- 100 ml oil
- Himalayan salt

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Goat soup with cabbage and potatoes - at multicooker:
- Wash and portion the goat bone. Boil in salted water and boil for 10 minutes. Discard the water and rinse the bones.
- Wash and clean the vegetables.
- Finely chop the peppers and onions. Cut the carrot into rounds. Cut the potatoes into cubes. The cabbage is cut into pieces.
- Set the cooker to the fry function for one hour.
- Heat the vegetables in oil. Add 2 l of water and salt.
- Boil the goat bones, bay leaf, thyme sprig.
- After 30 minutes, add the potatoes and cabbage.
- In the last 10 minutes, put the peeled tomatoes and mix with the blender.
- Taste the soup and salt if necessary.
- Season with hot pepper paste.
- Serve decorated with finely chopped green onions.
- Good appetite !!!
