Simple to prepare but very delicious.
- 500 gr mushroom mushrooms
- 150 gr of lean ham
- 150 gr bellows cheese
- 1/2 red pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- smoked paprika
- dried rosemary
- 2-3 green onions
- cherry tomatoes for decoration

RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed mushrooms:
The mushroom hats cleaned of tails are washed and left to dry.
Place the mushrooms in a tray lined with baking paper. Season them with salt and dried rosemary. Sprinkle bellows cheese, diced ham and smoked paprika on each mushroom.
Put the tray in the preheated oven (200 degrees) for 15 minutes, until the mushrooms penetrate a little and the cheese becomes creamy.
Serve hot or cold sprinkled with green onions with tomatoes.
You can serve them as an appetizer, garnish next to grilled meat Next to rice or couscous.
